Our review process
- Record the source. An offer may come from a retailer’s own site or campaign, an affiliate programme, or a reader submission. It is still entered into this site manually.
- Review the offer details. We check the stated discount, code text, destination, coupon type, important conditions, expiry information and any obvious eligibility restrictions available to us.
- Check the retailer destination. Where practical, we open the retailer page and compare the offer with the information being published. A retailer can still change the offer later.
- Publish clearly. The coupon card shows the discount wording, important terms, expiry date when known, and a last-checked date when one has been recorded.
- Use “verified” deliberately. The verified status is set manually by an administrator; it is not assigned by a scraper, feed or automated guess.
- Maintain the page. Offers that are known to be outdated can be corrected, deactivated, marked expired or removed, and the store page’s updated date changes when its offers change.
What “verified” means here
A verified badge means the offer was manually reviewed and the administrator chose to mark it verified. It is not a guarantee that every visitor will receive the discount. Retailers control their own promotions, and eligibility can depend on region, account status, basket contents, stock, minimum spend or previous use.
Before you pay
Confirm that the retailer accepts the code or deal and that your final total reflects the saving you expect. If the retailer’s checkout, terms or product page conflicts with this site, the retailer’s current information controls your purchase.
Questions
No. Verified means the offer details were manually reviewed on the last-checked date recorded on the card. Retailers can change, restrict or withdraw offers without warning, and eligibility can vary by country, account, product or basket. Always confirm the discount before paying.
No. Offers are entered and published manually through the admin system. We may learn about an offer from a retailer, an affiliate programme or a reader, but it does not appear automatically.
The offer should be corrected, deactivated, marked expired or removed. Reader reports can also be used to trigger another review.
Found an outdated offer?
Report it on the contact page with the store and offer details. A clear report helps the administrator review the entry quickly.
