Coupon codes that were tested before they were published
Every offer on CouponTested is entered at a real checkout by a person before it goes live, and every card shows the date it was last checked. No expired codes dressed up as fresh ones.
- Checked by hand, not by a scraper
- Test date shown on every offer
- Free, no account needed
What we do differently
Most coupon sites publish whatever an affiliate feed sends them, which is why so many codes fail at checkout. We work from a smaller list and check it instead.
Entered at a real checkout
A person adds items to a basket and applies the code. If the discount does not show up, the offer does not go live.
Published by a person
Every store page is written and edited by hand. Nothing is auto-imported from a feed we cannot vouch for.
Dated, not vague
You see the date each offer was last checked and when it expires, so you can judge the risk yourself.
Terms in plain sight
Minimum spend, excluded ranges and one-use limits are printed on the card, not hidden behind the click.
Three steps to a lower total
No sign-up, no email, no waiting.

Read how we test couponsWhy people use CouponTested
The site is built around one promise: what you read here matches what happens at checkout.
Accurate over abundant
We would rather list four offers that work than forty that might. Pages stay short on purpose.
Nothing auto-published
Every offer is typed in and reviewed by a person before it appears. Nothing goes live unattended.
Conditions stated up front
If an offer needs a £50 basket or excludes sale items, that is on the card before you click.
Expired offers are labelled
When a code stops working it is marked expired or removed, rather than left to pad the page.
No invented savings
We do not round a 10% code up to “up to 70% off”. The discount shown is the discount offered.
Fast to use
No pop-ups, no email gate, no interstitial countdown between you and the code.
Questions people ask
CouponTested is a coupon site with a narrow job: publish discount codes and offers that someone has actually opened and entered at checkout. Each store gets one page listing its current offers, the date each was last checked, and the terms attached to it.
A person adds the offer to a real basket on the store site and applies the code. If the discount does not appear, or the terms differ from what the store advertised, the offer is corrected or left out. The date of that check is printed on the coupon card so you can see how fresh it is.
No. Everything on the site is free to browse and use. There is no account, no newsletter wall and no paid membership. Some outgoing links are affiliate links, which is how the site covers its costs.
Select "Show code" on the offer you want. The code is copied to your clipboard and the store opens in a new tab. Add your items to the basket, then paste the code into the promo or discount field at checkout and confirm the total drops before you pay.
Store pages are reviewed on a rolling basis, and expired offers are removed or marked as expired rather than quietly left up. The "updated" date on every store card shows the last time that page changed.
